Legal Aid

We have been awarded a contract by the Legal Aid Agency in Family Law. Legal aid is means tested. We need to assess your case, whether it has good prospect of success. We will also need evidence of your financial income to be able to assess whether you qualify for legal aid funding.

Fixed Fee areas:

• Divorce petition (uncontested) working for the petitioner: £1000 + VAT + Court fee.
• Divorce petition (Uncontested) working for the respondent: £800 + VAT.

Hourly charges (private) for matters i.e. child arrangement order, financial settlement etc.

Solicitors £320:00  plus vat  per hour

Legal assistants £175 plus vat per hour
